Number 17 is a 4*Gold luxury apartment with two bedrooms, 1 twin and 1 double. There is a high quality sofa bed in the lounge to sleep another 2 people, making the apartment a 4-6 berth.
Although the apartment is on the second floor, there is a lift you can use instead of the stairs, making it accessible to the less mobile among you, or families with young children and pushchairs, and also to make life easier for those who have alot of luggage.
As the apartment is on the second floor, it is light and airy, and has a balcony off the lounge with patio set. There is no sea view, but it does have a sunny aspect (that is when the sun comes out!), and is much quieter and more private as it isn't overlooked by the road.
The apartment is warm and cosy in the Spring, Autumn and Winter, due to underfloor heating, which you can control in each room with a thermostat. All three rooms are carpeted, with practical tiles in the shower rooms, kitchen and hallway.
There is a fully fitted luxury kitchen, with fridge, microwave, oven and hob, and dishwasher.
The lounge has a large TV and DVD player. Internet access is also available.
The twin bedded room has underbed storage and a large chest of drawers with loads of space, and includes a cupboard with hanging space. This room is next to the family wetroom, which includes a walk-in shower, and heated towel rail.
The double room leads off the hallway, and has a wardrobe and dressing table, and en-suite shower and toilet, again with heated towel rail.
The hallway is ideal for coats and shoes, and has a house-keeping cupboard with hoover, mop, iron and ironing board. There is extra clothes storage there too.
There are TVs in all three rooms, with a safe for your valuables.
All beds include all sheets, quilts and pillows. A travel cot can be provided, and a hair dryer if needed, please let us know in advance. We can also provide extras on request, beach towels, grocery packs, board hire, pre-booked visit tickets/meal reservations. We will do all we can to make sure you have a fun-filled relaxing break.
There is a private car park for Beachcombers Apartments and Number 17 has a labelled designated space (please display authorised ticket at all times), and the building has a secure entry system.
A laundry is available for guest use, on the Ground floor.
There is a wet-room off the car park, with a shower, toilet and individual secure storage for boards, golf clubs, fishing gear, pushchairs etc.Beachcombers guests also have the use of the outdoor swimming pool area at Porth Veor Manor, Porth. The Beaucliffes Restaurant here also provides a fine-dining experience, or maybe you could try their Full Cornish breakfast.
